The photo below shows two archaeologists with the fossilised remains of a dinosaur. The one on the right believes in atheistic evolution; the Universe spontaneously evolved billions of years ago, the dinosaur died about 200 million years ago and there is no God. The guy on the left believes in a literal interpretation of the Bible; the Universe was created thousands of years ago, the dinosaur died after Noah’s flood and God created the Universe out of nothing. They are looking at the same evidence, but have different presuppositions and they reach different conclusions.
Scientist Johannes Kepler said “Science is thinking God’s thoughts after Him”.
Albert Einstein said, “Everyone who is seriously interested in the pursuit of science becomes convinced that a spirit is manifest in the laws of the universe, a spirit vastly superior to man, and one in the face of which our modest powers must feel humble.”
Is Albert Einstein right? Is there a God?
We all have the same evidence.
So, in the debate of creation vs evolution, it comes down to interpretation.
